Maestro version 1.4 provides expanded use of Social Media Metrics outside the standard dashboard; enhances multi-language dashboards and user interface options

WATERTOWN, MA  Cymfony, a Kantar Media company, is introducing a new integration option for accessing social and traditional media metrics - Cymfony Widgets - that will make it easier and faster to monitor conversations within
other workplace applications.

The new feature is included in the latest release of thecompany's third-generation listening platform, Cymfony Maestro v1.4. Cymfony widgets complement the existing social media listening, analysis, and engagement performed in the standard Maestro dashboard by delivering metrics right to the desktops of busy executives who need to monitor activity. Cymfony Maestro's API enables the deployment of Cymfony widgets to a corporate portal, employee dashboard
or other web-based or desktop application.

"Cymfony widgets provide valuable touch points to key social media metrics for
hundreds if not thousands of users across an enterprise - without the need to go directly into Maestro. This highly relevant and timely access to key market data will enable customer-driven businesses to respond more effectively - and more knowledgably - to real-time events based on consumer conversation and sentiment. Customers have responded very positively to Cymfony Widgets and the instant benefits they bring to their organizations,"

Richard Pasewark, Cymfony's General Manager.

Another significant enhancement in the Cymfony Maestro v1.4 release is role-based security. This feature, which is configurable based on client requirements, provides finegrain level access to the underlying data set and Maestro functionality. A new architecture manages access by users and groups, based on pre-defined roles and better supports future product expansion. This, along with Cymfony Widgets, supports Cymfony's expanding integrated offerings with global partners.

The latest Maestro release also addresses specific needs of global clients serving
markets that span many languages. Driven by client demand, Maestro v1.4 provides a new tabbed view of posts in both source and English language versions, enabling more succinct and timely analysis of relevant social media inputs. Other key interface enhancements expand the depth of monitoring and analysis by allowing greater degrees of refinement when searching, filtering posts or rolling up subsidiary data to provide an aggregated view.
